The adventure to the Bean Museum!

Today JO JO had a special with her NONA and ISSY! To the Bean Musuem! She loved it! She loved the striped horse! j/k I then meet up with them.

We tried to get her to kiss him ..but a little akward when your stuffed! j/k !

They did a reptile show and Berkley didn't know how she felt about Otis (the turtle) and P.J. ( the lizard). She thought it was funny that the lizard had to keep poking out his blue tongue!

But overall she had fun..with her nona and issy!! The best part is that it was free! So of course we let her pick out a special prize to take home to show everyone!

She loves her specials!

YuMmY!! Carmel Corn Pops!

I wanted to be an over achiever .. so last night I attempted to make some yummy corn pops. A very yummy recipe I got from a cute friend! Not to mention they are so addicting!! So I have been the biggest slacker of America... I need to post several things.. so be prepared to see some major posting! j/k!

But I thought I would share the recipe!

I brought a big bowl to Dr. whitings this morning ..and let me tell you it.. well..I just stole a picture..and that is what you are looking at up above.It was full!! But what I love about it is it is like popcorn without the kernels! IT'S SO ADDICTING!!

"CARMEL CORN POPS"

1 cup butter

1cup Karo Syrup

2 cups of Brown Sugar

1 can of sweet condensed milk

1 bag of Corn Pops

( you can find them in chip isle in the store

they look like cheetos w/out the cheese)

Boil butter, karo and brown sugar for 4 minutes..stirring frequently.

Then take it off the burner to pour the sweet and condensed milk in.

Then bring it back to a boil for1 minute.

Then pour over your corn pops.

( put the corn pops in a bowl and then pour over and stir with a spatcula! )

THEN ENJOY..Be PREPARED no DIETS allowed !! When YOu get addicted to these!!

2 YRS OLD !!! And SUPER CUTE!!

Last friday Berkley got her 2 yr. pictures! I know you all are thinking ..um did'nt she just get them done?! Well I find every occasion to have pictures done! Cause I am in love with pictures..espically when their own babe/family! Sometimes I think should change my career ! j/k I love taking pics.

Anyway Brad's cousin just moved back here. So we hurried and got them done!! ( like I didn't have enough time ! ) We had a blast! She took us on a location and in her studio!
They had to get out the mouse to entertain..but she loved it!! She got some cute shots!
Berkley started to get tired..but over all I think she did fabulous!!!!
So if anyway is looking for a good photographer I've got one!!

Oh.. how we love sweet yummy sugar cookies!! Valentines in the air....j/k.....Tonight me and my sister made sugar cookies with the two babies. And while we were making them papa entertained them by watching The Sound of Music ! Okay they love the singing part!! (so we know what chapter those are on the DVD) So Berkley sings DO RA ME FA SO LA TE DO ..well I think thats how it goes!j/k Anyway we had fun! We made the fast sugar cookie cake mix reciepe! Gotta love it! So fast!

I think I made the best looking one out of the whole batch! j/k ( It's the one you like the best..u know the striped one j/k)

Well I am so excited to do Valentines!! Wahoo!

OKay for all my fellow friends who want this way super easy recipes!!

Here it is..so easy! and so goood! And of course they are the healthest cookies j/k!

CAKE MIX SUGAR COOKIES!

1 pkg. cake mix ( white,yellow or party )

1/2 cup shortening

1/3 cup butter-soften

1tsp. vanilla

1 egg

Cook @ 375 degrees for 5-7 min or until golden brown

beat 1/2 of cake mix-then putin the rest

I used neon food coloring for the icing that works the best for bright colors!

Well maybe Berkley's "To do list! "j/k!!. It' s so true!

I never thought I would be checking that one off yet!

One check ..and five million to go!!j/k.

... Daddy got to decide on her party this year and he decieded to do the Chuckee thing!!

Well anyway we had so much fun! If you didn't notice that we had a princess theme!

And Papa and mommy tried there hardest to make a " rella " cake.

We thought it would only take a hour or so..oh no.. it took us 4 hours! Luckily papa has some practice from having princess's of his own. . And took over !!And I of course supervised!!

So thanks to Papa we had a "rella" cake. oh I neglected to tell you what time we started to bake the cake..it was 8pm- till past midnight!

We kept papa up past his bedtime!! So I was a bit nervous "rella" would look like she had a lazy eye or crooked lips etc. haha!j/k She turned out FABULOUS!!! She was the hit of the party!

Well Chuck E Cheeses was a hit! Brad made sure everyone was nice and stuffed with pizza before leaving the building! He so cute he's always worried we won't have enough food! But i guess thats what you get when you come from a family of all boys! and being the youngest!

So I guess his little boy instinct kicked in!j/k

Berkley just loved everyone there!She kept on saying "Happy bertay bertee "

She just soaked it up!She loved every minute of it!

Her favorite part was putting in the tokens..I think everyone there got a free on ride on Berkley!

She would put a coin in and run to the next!

But she got some big girl princess panties ..so you all know what time that is..oh the joy!!

And I almost forgot a wonder pets cap! Aunt Amber saved the day and gave Berkley

a wonder pet movie and cap! She loved it!

And Nona and Papa helped me get ready for the potty training time!

I think this day was a sad happy day for me!

I would catch myself wanting to cry,laugh,smile..cause I could not believe my baby is 2 yrs old!

I am so grateful for such a sweet, cute,loveable, healthy llittle girl!

I AM THE LUCKIEST MOM !!
